For a long time I have studied Sun Tzu and find it mesmerising every time I read it as it means something different and gives me new insights every time I read it, so I decided that I would start a blog that expresses my thougths.
The art of war is a timeless classic that has been used by some of the greatest leaders over the last 2000 years. Its applications goes way beyond war and it has become a modern day masterpiece for business with countless variations of the book being written. I plan to review some of the ones I have read over the coming weeks as well as reviewing some complimentary teachings.
To anyone that wants to become profiecent in "the art of war" I would give you one piece of advice, be patient but start using the thoughts that you have from your first reading. Its takes years to really gain anything close to a full understanding of the texts nevermind becomming proficient in applying it to a given situation.
With each reading you will become more in tune and the decisions will become more natural however the more you read the more options and possibilities you will see so it is imperative that you start using these from the beginning as otherwise its all to easy for the possibilities to become overpowering and result in procrastination.
